In this scene, Tsubaki is faced with an enemy who underestimates her abilities as part of the Hyuuga clan. What unidentified enemy doesn't know is that the Uchiha children also trained under the Hyuuga clan regularly. Just because Tsubaki did not inherit the Byakugan, but the Sharingan instead, doesn't mean she's exempted from knowing some Hyuuga techniques (mostly taught by her Aunt Hanabi) that may come in handy. Like now.
